The Swansway Homeowners Association website is the result of ongoing efforts by the board to improve access to information about our community.




Deer Park and Swansway


Deer Park is an affluent village in Lake and Cook Counties.  The population was 3,200 at the 2010 census.  The village is one of the few left in the Chicago area that enjoy a green belt which is bordered by two large natural areas providing outdoor recreation and open space.

The Village of Deer Park offers pleasant suburban living with a touch of charm, with a number of ponds and lakes, small and large, throughout the area, and rolling open countryside.

Swansway is a subdivision of single family homes built in the mid-1980's.  We are located in Deer Park on the north side of Long Grove Road (County Highway 43) between Quentin Road (0.6 miles east) and Ela Road (1.4 miles west); (see Maps).
